Today we looked at this video with our teacher.  It was amazing to see all the insects so big and busy.

We are learning about Insects and what makes them special.  This video clip was very helpful.

What is Alive?

As we explore the world of bugs and insects by having bug hunts at home, we used a venn diagram to show things that we think are alive versus things that we think are not alive.

Where are the bugs at Terrace End School?

It's a new term so we have started our new inquiry topic about insects and bugs. We took time today to take photos around the school to show where we think we will find some insects and bugs on our bug hunt next week. Can you spot any insects and bugs?

We had lots of fun on Friday learning about using sponges and paint, and using our TEAM skills to explore using the dinosaurs and cars in our classroom.  Here are some photos we took to share our learning.
